When Cleopatra was making friends with powerful courtiers she fell in love with two men. They were Julius Caesar and Mark Antony. She had four kids with the two men. One was with Caesar is known as "Little Caesar" I don't think they made pizza in Egypt though. and three with Antony which is Ptolemy Philadelphus, Cleopatra Selene, and Alexander Helios.
